The Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter is my favorite underwater scooter. This underwater scooter is no joke, as it can carry three scuba divers at once. It is able to carry so many divers because of its saddle wings. You may think that the speed and performance will be hindered if more than one person uses it at once; however, this is not something to worry about, as it works just as well with up to three people.
Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter Features
This unbelievable underwater scooter is safe to use in depths up 230 feet and goes up to 2.6 miles per hour. The best part about the Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter is that it is hands-free. Most sea scooters tow you, so you have to hold it with one or two hands out in front of you. The Tusa Sav-7 works by placing it between your legs. This allows you to feel like you are a fish or a dolphin. This awesome feature allows you to carry cameras, lights, or anything else. Since it is one of the few underwater scooters that is hands-free, this is a popular choice for people that like to spearfish.
It is also extremely easy to navigate because it has a progressive acceleration system. It allows for easy and precise changes of the speed while you are moving. The battery lasts for a solid 80 minutes per charge and it also has a battery indicator which makes it easy to see how much life it has left. The Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter’s three-speed variable pitch propeller allows you to adjust it to your needs based on the current which is obviously another huge plus of this underwater scooter.

If you are serious about getting an underwater scooter, then this is as good as it gets. The ten thousand dollar Apollo SVX Elite Diver Underwater Scooter has similar features to the Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter but is so much more because it lasts almost 4 hours per charge. Unless, you have an extra seven to eight thousand dollars lying around, I would highly recommend choosing the Tusa-7 Underwater scooter and just buying an extra battery if you need it to last longer. This will allow you to use your water scooter for a similar amount of time but at a fraction of the price. So, if you are the serious diver, and looking for a sea scooter that can last you 20 years, then seriously consider buying the Tusa SAV-7 Underwater Scooter.
